An Awesome Sample City Ready to Go!

All of the prefabs have been carefully assembled in a scene and lit inside of Unity. You can use the premade city to start making a game right away or you can use it as reference to see how you can make your own. The buildings, roads, and props have all been carefully organized in the scene so it's easy to edit.

You can drag and drop materials directly on to the ground pieces to create different road types.

Prefabs, Prefabs, Prefabs!

Everything you see in the screenshots has been separated and organized into individual prefabs to make things easy to get started. Almost everything except the ground has a collision box already set up and sized appropriately.

Small File Sizes

All of the models have a super low polygon count and all of the textures are an average size of 128 x 128 pixels and are no larger than 256 x 256px. The entire set has very little technical overhead, making it perfect for mobile games! The entire pack is under 15mb!

All textures are in .png format.

All models are in .fbx format.

The Unity materials use a Mobile/Diffuse shader with no normal or roughness maps. You can change the materials to a flat-shader if you're going for a more retro look.
